RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Voltaire, you can buy with confidence, knowing that we are dedicated to providing you with
the highest quality products and service. In accordance with the laws and regulations of the
Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) and the State of New Jersey, all of our cannabis
products are:

1. Rigorously tested by a CRC-licensed third-party to ensure safety and quality;
2. Meticulously packaged; and
3. Carefully inspected both before and after arriving at our store.

Return Policy For Cannabis Products:

• Voltaire will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories (e.g., bongs, rolling papers, etc.) for up to seven (7) days after purchase. To be eligible for exchange, the original receipt must accompany any damaged or defective products. Refunds are not permitted. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Voltaire. Non-damaged or defective product sales are final.

Return Policy For Non-Cannabis Merchandise:

• Voltaire will exchange unworn/non-used merchandise for up to fourteen (14) days after purchase. To be eligible for exchange, the merchandise must include the original receipt and be in suitable condition for resale, with original tags attached. Refunds are not permitted. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Voltaire.
